I work as a moderator/builder on a new server called Perplexed and at the moment we looking for some experienced builder for the server. I do understand you sad you would like to join a successful up and running server but this is not the case for our server yet. Although we are not yet up and running we are planning on adding as many mini games as possible to the server making it one of the only server with this many mini games. We have an experienced owner , developers , administrators/moderators and builders and I think that you would make a great fit for our server.
