Faction server looking for (2) Mods (1) Admin
I am the co-owner of a faction server that is 24/7 hosted with 50 slots, we have almost finished building and all we need now is some staff members to monitor it after we open it! In case you were wondering, we are Planning to open it monday 5 days so these spots won't be open for long!

Why should I chose you? You should choose me because i am fair admin, even if it is family or friends i do not biased to one side, i will always get both sides of the story then cast my final judgement. Whenever there is a blank spot in the chat i will just do something spontaneous such as pop into survival and run around with people collecting meat and offer like a price of money for the person who collects the most meat within a minecraft day or two. (this happens if you have economy or a other plugin that allows money into the game)
Anything else you want to tell me? i am a C++ coder, and a java scripted writer, i will be working for mmobomb when i am 16, then moving on to places such as Machinima, TGN, or other gaming channels that are on YouTube then hopefully gain my way into Yogscast (by achieving Yogscast i hope to get my own server (awakened city) and introduce Yogscast to it so they can game on it as it will have a story line such as SoI but will allow for free roam aswell.
Why should you become admIn not mod?because i arnt a person that pretends to be someone else like other people i am a person that is there self where ever i go, even if i met the queen of England i would greet everyone like i do (with a big ol' bear hug ) as i am a big man for my age . I always protect the weak in my school and on games so if someone is bullying someone if it is in real life i tell them to fuck off, if they don't they get punched (you got a warning when you was told to fuck off lol) if it is on a server, i will mute the offender and make sure the victim is OK then unmute the offender and tell him/her if they do it again i will kick 2 times then ban if they repeatably do this offence or other offences. I am a fair admin all around because unlike other admins i don't get 1 side of the story i get both sides and cast my final judgement. Unless in cases of bullying, racism or discrimination because these people are just low life scum that all need to know that we live in a modern world with a wide ethnic community.
What would make you a likable admin on the server? (personality), because when i see someone is down or playing alone and wants to be part of something i will gladly take time out of my own roster and play with them for an hour or two until i have to do something really important and i will always be fair to the community.

Why should I chose you?: It would be a great addition for servers I have worked for, it would give me the chance of being able to do something to impact the
server positively. Everyone is treated equally and fairly. I will not pick favorites while I work for this server. I do not give "special treatment" to others and
never will. I want to help everyone and make them feel welcome. staff are vital to a server's performance. With friendly staff, a server will flourish.
However, a staff member should NOT abuse power by giving out items, creating currency, or holding too many events.
However, I will never create items or give an unfair advantage to anyone else. My main role is similar to a sheriff.
To keep the whole town in safety from the hackers. I want this new and fast, growing server to prosper and help new players from all over the world to enjoy and be
comfortable for their style in any way. I like helping people, and due to my respectful actions, I have achieved many awards from school for helping out challenged
kids. I was also in student leadership and vice president of my secondary school, so I know how to be a positive leader and I have a strong, but soft inner heart.
