Factions/GroupManager Perms Coder

My server, would LOVE to have a coder who would help my server get its Faction Plugin working, and we would also NEED someone to code our GroupManager Permissions for our Ranks, we are in such a need for a coder we are willing to get out an ADMIN spot within the server and maybe a $$$$ reward for helping our server, please help!
