Op factions server needs staff!!

Umm, bud you have 12 slots. You run on a free server hoster. No one knows your server, but you want us to donate. Not being hateful here, just telling you the truth.
You can`t run a successful factions server with 12 slots and 256mb ram. Just won`t work out. Also you don`t give us any info on your server as well, which is kinda neccesary. Also your "website" is just a link to your server description on Server.pro(Just btw Enjin has free website plans). And again what do you want from the applicants. Do you have any application form? Now ending this off, good luck, and try getting a server which can actually do something.
