Factions with testfor command

Hello I was wondering if you could testfor a faction name in a command block and if so how to set it up. Please and thanks.

Not possible, because testfor looks for items/blocks in inventories OR in the world!
But it does NOT look for bukkit plugins because bukkit is not apart of minecraft itself!
