FAILED TO BIND PORT Error

This has been a problem I'm not able to fix. I'm running the server through Hamachi and it is a Tekkit-Lite. Any Ideas?

At any case, do you have multiple server windows running at a time?
Also, maybe some sort of firewall or antivirus settings are blocking the port you are trying to use.
