Fallian Network [NEED STAFF, BUILDERS, AND DEVELOPERS!]

Hello, and welcome to the PMC page for the Fallian Network Minecraft Server!
The Fallian network Server is a Minecraft server that plans to have a wide variety of different Minecraft gamemodes such as Factions, Survival Games, Pixelmon, other smaller mini-games, and custom gamemodes our developers will be making!
We are still way before the Alpha stage, and need help starting from the ground up.
We need builders to help build the maps and lobbies for our gamemodes, spawns, etc.
We need helpers to help moderate the server when we launch the beta state of the Fallian Server (Helpers hired before the beta launch of the server will stand by and wait for orders since there is nothing for helpers to do for now).
We need Developers to help manage the Networking side of the server, manage and configure plugins, network issues, etc.
We can use all the help we can get, but we are VERY selective. If you are interested, then make an application by checking out the spoilers at the bottom, and make sure you meet the prerequisites before applying.

Helper
Helpers must meet the following prerequisites:
- Must have a Skype Account
- Must use TeamSpeak 3
- Must have a working microphone ( We will not tolerate using text messaging over Skype or TeamSpeak 3)
- Must have an active email address to be contacted at (You will be using this a LOT)
- Must be at least 14 years of age
- Must have been a helper on at least one server for at least 2 months
- Must have NO bans

Server Manager
Server Managers must meet the following prerequisites:
- Must have a Skype Account
- Must use TeamSpeak 3
- Must have a working microphone ( We will not tolerate using text messaging over Skype or TeamSpeak 3)
- Must have an active email address to be contacted at (You will be using this a LOT)
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have been a developer/server manager (Managed plugins, internet issues, etc.) on at least 1 server
- Must know how to manage plugins without thinking
- [OPTIONAL] You should know how to develop plugins with Java (This will help you get hired!)

- Must have played Minecraft for at least 2 years
- [OPTIONAL] You should be taking a class on art. The following classes will help you do your job better:

Art II
AP Studio Art
IB Visual Arts HL 1 or 2
Art Appreciation
Art History
AP Art History
(This will help you get hired!)
