First working server

I just set up a server with hamachi and after about an hour of minecraft running out of memory pop ups, the server works. I dont know if anyone else can get on, or any of the technical stuff with this but the server ip is:

The max players is 10, there is some lag, monsters spawn even on peaceful with spawn monsters set to false. I have no idea how they spawn. About anyone who asks will get op status. No grefing ( i think i spelled that wrong). Anyone who needs block id just ask me and i can get it for you. Someone please tell me if this works or not. i know i did something wrong somewhere.
