Hi my name is Lewis,

I am a Minecraft server developer and I am looking for a brand new server to work on! I have worked with many other servers before, including my own. Here are a few of my skills:

-Permissions
-Plugins
-BungeeCord
-Config Files

& Much More!

I can also start servers from scratch and build them right up to when they have many players, I will do everything for free. I run an I.T Company aswell (Rebel I.T) so I can host extra servers if needed! I hope you consider me.

You seem to think setting up plugins and plugin configuration is server development, but it is not. If you cannot code custom plugins you are not a developer in the eyes of the minecraft community. I hate it when I see people like this, passing themselves off as developers when they do not know a word of java

This guy is a complete faggot, and a complete fake. People like him give developers a bad name. Someone who is good with plugins and knows how to work their config files doesn't make them a developer. A developer is one who MAKES plugins, not management. I suggest you change your thread name to plugin manager for hire. Otherwise, your a total fraud.
