Hi, i currently own a server right now and i am looking for a new "Owner" What i mean by that is you and your team run everything about the server including plugins, players, everything except for a few things. The only things that i run is paying for the server.
Im not just giving a server away to anybody either, if you would like the server please comment below what your server idea is. If it is a unique idea that i haven't seen before you will most likely get accepted and if you already have a team of people you will have a better chance of being accepted! Also we will discuss donator ranks once you have server, and yes you get some of the donator money!

my idea i think is good simi vanila little plugins but the ones that matter world guard world edit to protect bulid from thoughts nasty grivers and /lock and stop spawn camping
Hi, my name is Corey, and I've run a server before and my idea of a server is a friendly no grief survival server where everyone is friendly like when minecraft just started. I recently took a poll on minecraft forums and lots of people replied saying this is the kind of server they would want to take part in. I would shape it into a fun server that anyone could enjoy, even pvp lovers by possibly adding a side world where pvp is enabled.
A reason that this server could save money so that you can have fun and not worry about your wallet exploding is the fact that I can make a website, because I was taught by my mother who is a professional web developer. I can also offer a team of possibly 5 people including a plugin developer by the name of Lee. If you want a better description of him, a sentence can do that. He is a computer GENIUS! You can give him an idea of a plugin and he will make it in a weeks time.
Other then that, I can tell you that I am kind, friendly, and appreciate human company in the real world and in the minecraft community. My friends are also people of the same type and are very intelligent in the process of creating a server. I have also run a server before with a friend before he ran out of money to run it. If I don't win the server I would also like to thank the winner and tell them that if they have room for me I would be happy to join

Hey I'm part of Caranar's team. We would be stoked to have the opportunity to get a server. We have really wanted one...but we haven't found the money for it...so Caranar my friend stumbled upon your ad/post and messaged you because his PMC account signs him out when he clicks forums. I then took the liberty to reply. We would like to have a Mod Pack or a bukkit server...we can't decide on that now. We have a team that consists of 4-5 people.
