Free Server Host

(Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums.)

Does anyone have a free server host i can use (other than freeminecrafthost.com, I can't start my server)

I tried making a server on my laptop but it practically crashed it.

so any 24/7 free hosts. No free trial or filling out a form before you get it. No whitelisting, about 5-10 people. I have a mac
