Future coming server needs lots of staff!
Hello I'm jdallison and im gonna be launching my own server starting in Febuary! Ther server will be a Faction PVP server! The server needs some staff! Please notice your app must be neat! If I see a non-neat app I will skip it.

Hello! My name is Braden and I'll give it a shot!

Why I should pick you: I feel that there are a few reasons that you should pick me over other possible staff. 1.) I am mature, yet have a sense of humor. Far too often today on servers, I find staff that either "bring down the hammer" or just goof off the entire time. I am a person who has been lucky enough to find that happy medium between being a mature staff member and a fun one. 2.) I feel that you should pick me because I don't desire for personal gain. Many staff come into power just to feel better than others and build more epic bases, or get other powers, etc. All I want to do is help the server and its inhabitants get along together! 3.) I feel that you should pick me because I have a creative, yet logical mind. I am able to express myself and relate to other people, which can be good if members are confused or need help. I can also think through tough situations which can be crucial.
Why you want to be picked: There are several reasons that I want to be picked as staff for your server. 1.) I want to be there to help! I enjoy watching new servers start from the ground and go up! I want to be part of your server to take part in its uprising! 2.) I want to be able to add another server to my resumé. I keep a running record of servers that I have worked on as references. If I do a good job here, I could add another server as one that good. 3.) I want to be picked so that I can help people. I volunteer around my community, but I also like to reach out to other people if I can, especially over the web. I could help new players, as well as you, in times of joy or times of need. I could keep positivity high! 4.) I would like to be picked because I feel that having work would keep me happier, I like to be productive. This server could keep me on track in life as well as getting work done in the server.
How active are you: I would be able to put in usually 1-2 hours during the school week (Monday-Thursday), and more on Friday. On weekends, I could usually put in 2-3 hours. This does depend per weekend and week. I do have finals coming up.
What can you help the server with: I believe that I could help the server in a few ways. 1.) I could set up ranks if you install Essentials, and GroupManager. My experience of setting up ranks could get the server up and running. 2.) I could build server buildings such as spawn and towns. I have experience building Spawns, Towns, Jails, Houses, Bridges, Railways, and Roads. 3.) I could help your server by policing it. I would be a person to help welcome new players and also protect the server.
What makes you unique: What I would say that makes me unique is my creativity. I play the cello and compose music. I also DJ at a few local venues. I enjoy being creative, and I feel that my level of creativity is unique. Also, I feel that my tendency to help people is unique. I love to help people! I usually put others before myself because I care about them!
Recent experience with staff: I am currently staffing on 3 servers that are not extremely active. I am Head-Moderator on one, and Administrator on the two others. I have been staffing for several years, giving me the time to go through the staff rank process, obtaining ranks from Helper all the way up to Co-Owner.

What plugins are you good with: Pretty much all the usual ones used, but I can easily adapt to foreign plugins if needed! Ex: WorldEdit, Essentials, etc. Just the usual ones used. Also I am very experienced with Factions.
Why I should pick you: In my opinion my answer to the question below this covers this questions as well. But to put it bluntly, I feel I can be a friendly face to new and active players every time they get and as well as me being almost impossible to anger I will never ban or kick someone simply out of spite. As well as me having a lighthearted sense of humor If you're joking and it doesn't offend anyone else I'll pretty much always let stuff go. But if needed I am capable of being extremely serious about a situation as well.
Why you want to be picked: As an experienced Minecraft player and fan, I know the game very well, this allows me to help people who are newer to the game, server styles and more. My fun personality does not just make me "Boring" like some staff, but also someone who you can laugh, joke and talk with. My reserving and fun nature makes it decent to make friends. The server has potential and the ideas are absolutely astounding, I wish to help the server become its best by contributing as much as I can! Me being staff would make me put the members first, trying to make their experience on the server stress free, fun and enjoyable. I am not pushy in any ways and never intend to ban people without the evidence, or the reason. I want to be able to create relationships with the members that would stay, and make sure that people stay nice. I would put great effort into the server and if I do anything wrong, no matter how little, tell me and I will FIX my acts and improve. I can moderate websites, the server and more if required. With me being very versatile, along with a good gaming computer, I can have many different things open at one point this means that I will be able to lots of things at once in an efficient manner.
How active are you: Here is my schedule as to when I can be online: Weekdays: From 4:00 - 10:00 PM, Friday: 1:30 PM to as late as I want and on Weekends I wake up around 11:00 usually so basically anytime after that but if I ever come across a situation where it will take some time away from my schedule I will be sure to notify you before hand. Please note all of these times are subject to change.
What can you help the server with: Managing people and staff alike in their times of need and being a friendly face for new and active players alike.
What makes you unique: As most teenagers my age these days aren't very...Sophisticated or mature, I like to take a turn for the better with that situation as I have a very detailed sense of grammar. (Tell me if it ever annoys you if I correct you and I'll do my best to stop.) As well as me being extremely mature in situations that need a mature player to handle it.
Recent experience with staff: I've been Co-Owner of 2 other servers other than me not having a significant amount of experience developing/configuring plugins I'm more than capable of using them as well as managing large groups of people (staff and players alike). I also have 4, almost 5, years of experience playing Minecraft.
Additional info: I don't mean to brag but in my own personal experience playing a game for an extended period of time gives you a rather well understanding of how the game works as well as me having a fair bit of experience using plugins. For a little back story there are 2 games I have played actively for more than 2 years: Minecraft: (5 years) and Continent of the Ninth Seal, C9 for short for 3 years. So I have mostly everything in Minecraft known in 1.7.10 (I don't use 1.8 very often, also, again, I'm not trying to brag.)
