Why isn't there a SINGLE 1.4.6 factions hardcore server thats NOT offline!!!!

A bukkit stable has not yet been released to the public, and...
"Factions" is a bukkit plugin. That means you must have bukkit on your server for it to work. Plus it might break with 1.4.6 and you'll have to wait for it to be updated. Hardcore can be made in vanilla, although most of the plugins are much better than it, so... same deal. Idk why all the servers are offline, but idk what it even matters to you...
And anyways... what did you expect?!? it has been always like that in minecraft, when a new update comes:
People need to update their mods, and so does bukkit, and after bukkit is released it might not be stable, so some servers mught not update.
So next time think why isn't there any server, and if you won't find anything only then ask.
