GBM Server Network | Need Builders And Staff
Hello There! I am gonna be the owner if a server network that plans to to go big and have some good things. In order to do this I am gonna have a team af maybe 5-20 people. The server will take maybe 1 month total or less considering we are all working hard. All of our first donations will we not doing to help to the server but to pay all of our builders and such. Current;y we have 32 ram on the server, There is no lag and it is is professionaly hosted. We hope that should be about to get started but we will add more ram in the future. Minecraft experience: I started playing minecraft for about two years ago. I remember it was a cold day here in Sweden. I didn't have anything at all to do which gave me a thought about buying minecraft. As I didn't have any payment card, I asked my dad if he could buy it for me but I would pay my own money. He said yes. I played a lot of single player in the beginning while slowly moving towards multiplayer. I am almost only playing multiplayer at the moment of writing this and don't play my single player at all.
Moderating experience: I have been staff on alot of servers. I am currently hosting my own server. As I, myself, see it as a bit childish to list every single server you been staff on here I am not gonna list them. If you want a more specific list, give me a message on Skype.
Plugin experience: As stated above, I am currently hosting my own server which is wielding me alot of experience with plugins. I’m good with World Edit, World Guard, Group Manager, Pex, Factions, Essentials, and ETC. I have before hosted two servers from my own computer. They did of course not become big and that was the reason why I shut them down.
How can you improve the server?: I think I can improve the server by giving it my experience. I can give suggestions on plugins which makes the server better, help all players and of course, control staff applications if you would like.
Why you want to be a mod: I want to be a mod because I love guarding servers. It mitt seem a bit weird but I just love hanging out on them. As said before I think I would fit because I have been staff on many other servers.
Things you like/are good at: I think I am good at controlling the community, building amazing builds with World Edit, playing minecraft and giving them a great time, and of course, eating food .
Things you hate/are bad at: I am really bad at building from my eyes but I don't really am bad at anything. Things I hate could be players capitalizing every beginning of a word, for instance, "This Is A Thing I Like The Most". I also don't like players writing childish if you know what I mean, not capitalizing beginnings of sentences etc.
Timezone(GMT +/-): I think New England is in GMT 1+ or 2+ but I am not quite sure.
How much you can play?: I can play alot on weekends and weekdays .

Sadly, That site only has 2 basic builds which are houses.

Exp Total: I have been a moderator on several servers, most of which I have forgotten the IP to or the server had been taken down due to financial issues.
Longest Experience as Operator: If you mean as an OP, i am one on the server mtree2point0.mlgblock.net:25568 as of right now, but if you mean as a moderator, about 2-3 weeks before A) server went down or B) I got promoted
Time on daily: I normally spend about 2-3 hours on daily, i am in the PST timezone just in case that would be necessary
Plugins you are good with (Big plus not required): I am not good with coding, but I can figure out how most plugins work if there is any problem with them.
Good with people (Yes, No): Yes, defiantly.
Good with listening to Owner (Yes, No): I always like the feeling that someone has more power than more and can discipline any any way needed if I step out of line.
Gives input well (Yes, No): If I see something wrong I will first try to fix myself, and if I can't then I will seek assistance where ever that may be.
Are you will to advertise? (Yes, No): I will try to without being annoying, but I might be able to get some friends on from my school.

I would deffnitely make you a mod, Just that we are not even ready for permissions yet so that could be a problem but later on we could work something out
