Good creative server?

Hey guys!
so basically i want t play on a good creative server what i can have a plot on BUT someone else can build on it with me so its just me and him what can build on this plot. If its a creative server with plots could the owner add another person to it? And also i want to build a MASSIVE hotel on it sort of like the massive hotel in dubai so it will be about 250 blocks tall Please Om the IP to me THANKS ALOT!
