Good server?

I've been looking for a decent enough server since lots of drama happened on the last one I played on. Any suggestions? I don't like servers that are huge with at least 30 people on it at any given time, and I do not like PVP or creative.

The reason I'm posting this is because I've gone through so many crappy servers, I'm sure some of you can relate. Thank you in advance
