Good Server hoster????

hey guys a while back i bought i server from game servers let me tell you this its terrible the staff will put no effort into helping you the operating system is terrible it lags and you can only have eight people i honestly know how to use commands and stuff and would like to try to make another server but dont know were to host it for ten dollar a month range WITHOUT MCMYADMIN terrible operating system please comment the hosting companies and We need a banner maker please thank you!!!
