Group Manager

I am having trouble with groupmanager, I need a premade file with the groups Member, VIP, Trial Moderator, Moderator, Head Mod, Admin, Head Admin, Co-Owner and Owner.
I want the owners name to be multicoloured and cool looking. The plugins I have are:

DeathHeads
DisguiseCraft

WorldEdit
WorldGuard
