GroupManager Help! Please! URGENT

Ok so I'm making a server, but I don't know how to set up plugin permissisons for players. I have the Plugin "PreciousStones" and I want to make it to where normal players can place ores for protection. But I Don't know what or how to do it. Please include pictures and step by step.
