no, no,no this happened also to me. Redstonehost has a default pass and i forgot to change it so someone logged in to my server panel and changed my pass. what you need to do is go to the VPN panel en change te root password. From there go to the console panel tab and change the pass back.

I highly doubt that, but talk to your host about what's being going on

Its not the password, he is properly hacking it

Make sure you don't give out the password to other people so he can't access it

But how will I be able to prevent the hacker getting back onto the server after???

Well thats going to be the only option you have, no one here can access your server

But the host company is american so I will have to wait for ages for a replie

Contact your host about the problem and they should be able to change it for you.

Change the password on the mcmyadmin and just ban him?
