Welcome! Hardcore Flatlands is a factions server based in a flatlands world. Resources are scarce, with villages the only way to acquire anything meaningful. You'll have to fight other players and the harsh world itself to carve out what you can. Expect to be raided constantly, to raid others often and deal with loss.
The map is reset twice a month to replenish resources, but players keep their location and inventory.
Players only have 4/-8 max/min power, and lose 2 on death. Sand is easy to come by, on the bottom of the map, but redstone is not. Water buckets cannot move source blocks, so you will have to grow crops in villages and come up with other TNT cannon designs. Crops grow more slowly, do not grow by torchlight and can die before becoming fully grown.
