For some reason i can't get anybody else on my server except when their in my house. It just say Connecting to server......cannot connect to server. Anybody know how to fix that?

Well only thing I can think of is that you did not open the port correctly.

Look for your router/modem and follow the directions exactly like it says to.
Make sure all firewalls are off or just allow connections from that port and add minecraft_server.jar to the exemption list.
Then try
http://mcservercheck.com/serverping.php
With your ip address and the port you opened.

Did you open your port(s)/firewall off and did you give them the correct ip address.
yes i did that. the firewall is off.
yeah your using your internal Ip address. go to www.whatsmyip.org.... using that may help
