When I Connect to the server for the 1st time after running it. Everything is ok but when I relog I can't break blocks, punch mobs, can't place blocks help me ;-;

Is it lagging? Are there unloaded chunks? Are the mobs frozen? It would help if you could give a better description of the situation. In most cases, reloading isn't the best idea so I would recommend stopping the server and restarting it.
