So I’m admin on this server it is very new and needs some cool popular plugins!! Does anyone know any plugins?? It can’t hold excessive amounts of lag or something big going once!! So maybe plugins that aren’t laggy!!

Sounds like you don't really have enough experience to be an admin. Go look it up is all I can tell you, ClearLag and WE are all I know.
Depends on the focus of the server. Some classics include plotme, essentialsX, factions, and mcmmo.
@The MC Hub Clearlag is a good suggestion but standalone worldedit is laggy, consider WE with AWE.

Just watch some Youtube videos about popular minecraft server plugins. There is lots of people that make videos on server plugins.
