Help build a spawn for my server {Get Admin!}

What sort of spawn could you build: Detailed medieval city / town, a single building that is large and can be seen from far away. with 2 levels so one level could be for VIP's or whatever i will allow you to decide that. I would need a flat land for my building if you want it to be a single building for a town or city just give me the location. You can see my work down below, My build for the server would be similar to them but alot better.

What sort of spawn could you build? Anything really. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so when I do build I won't let anything have any (even one block) faults.
Can you use world edit? Yes, most basic commands (//replace, //set, //set/replace x%bID,x%bID, //copy, //cut, //rotate, //paste)
Can you use Voxel sniper? No, I was taught once but I can't remember anything.
