Help building

Hi, I just started of a new mine craft server and currently haven't build anything on it yet. I am new to servers and was wondering if anyone would like to help me. If so, please leave a comment saying you would like to help. Please leave your minecraft username as well so I can white list you. I will use white list because I don't want anyone to come on who isn't helping. once again I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED BUILDING YET. The server ip is 192.168.0.5 remember it is a Bukkit server so you can suggest any plugins.I already have simple prefix, permissions bukkit and one that does warps.
