HELP BUKKIT SERVER

I need help with my bukkit server it keeps coming up with you do not have sufficient permissions to use this command minecraft and im a op , i have got a few plugins i have essentials , instabreak and lockette it always comes up with that when i try to use /ib for instabreak help asap

Sounds like you set yourself as Op but didn't add yourself as an admin or owner in the Group Manager config file. Edit in your name and you should be fine; but I do suggest moving over to Permissions 3.x as a lot of other plugins are going to start using that instead of GroupManager soon.
