HELP* I cannot post my server!

Hello! Thank you for reading this. But whenever i try uploading my server on this Website. And i click SAVE. It says its saving but it doesn't? I sat there for almost an hour, and it did NOT save. What is this? i need help i'd really like to register JujuCraft on Here.
