Help finding a plugin please?

Well I need the plugin to: When a player flicks a lever it takes 1 gold nugget out of his/hers inventory and it sets of a dropper. (This is for a casino) I Have tried to find a casino plugin but they all use some kind of /money plugin like vault etc. please link me to one that works <3
