P-Didy Craft Server
Hi I just started a new minecraft Bukkit server called P-Didy craft and I am looking for people who are interested in helping out the me and the server. I need people who are trustworthy, has a lot of time, has experience, and knows about servers and plugins. Some jobs that I am needing are:

What position are you applying for? PluginManager
Why do you want this position?
I want to be able to help the server by eliminating all those pesty hackers and keeping a nice community by helping with social problems in game problems and of course we cant forget about helping the staff and members out!
General Questions
How many hours per week can you be online? every day for 6-8 hours
How familiar are you with Admin commands? Give us some examples.
i'm mainly good with essentials world edit and basically all permissions plugins i would be at about a 6 out of 10
What area/timezone do you live in? UTC +10 Brisbane
What skill set do you have that sets you apart from the majority of players? My main skill is to be a social person i am good with sorting out peoples problems

A player is being rude to other players on a server. What should you do?
i give them a warning
You see a player using a client modification that gives them an unfair advantage ("Hacks"). What do you do?
i give a kick and ask them to force update
You witness another staff member abusing their powers, what do you do?
I would notify the owner and get him/her demoted

Do you have a microphone and have the ability to talk? Yes

Are you allowed to bug/contact/ask staff about your application? No
Should you ban a user without gathering proof first? No
Are you allowed to use commands that only staff have for personal gain such as /tp? Yes
Should you come to a network manager first about an issue your having? No
When a user has a problem and is constantly bugging you, what should you do? Help the user
Who do you come to when having an issue? Staff above your rank
Are you allowed to advertise your server in a private message or in global chat? No
When having a player bug you non stop about something silly, what do you do? just tell them please dont i have work to do
When someone is harassing you, what do you do? Ignore the user

Experience: I have staff on a couple of servers. I have been a co owner on one also.
Building on a scale of 1-10: 8
Maturity: very mature
What I can bring to the server: I have VERY good ideas for mini games that nobody else has. I am very good somewhat at builder. But yea I just have a ton of ideas for mini games that other servers do not.
ON THE FIRST SERVER I WAS BANNED ON A GIRL ASKED ME OUT (SHE WAS THE OWNER THAT I DID NOT KNOW) I SEAD NO SO SHE BANNED ME
AND THE SECOND THEY BANNED ME FOR NOTHING REALLY SOMEONE BANNED ME JUST TO ANNOY SOMEONE
