Help me make a server

Hi my name is Ethan, Owner of SteezyPvP OP Factions. Today I am looking for a few people who can help me with my server, I do not need staff, I just need things like ideas, suggestions, plugins questions, etc. Do not ask for anything such as ranks, items, etc.

GUYS, read what OP said, for Herobrine's sake! He does not want any donkey staff! What he is asking, you guys can simply help with and post right here. It's very obvious that you guys are looking for what he explicitly mentioned not to look for.
*EDIT* To reply to OP, it seems there has been a few threads around as of late that seems to kinda scoop up public opinions at the moment. You can go ahead and take a look to see what people generally want, but it varies quite a lot. One condition that everyone seems to agree upon is some sort of originality, so what I can tell you right now is to avoid anything that has already been done quite a few times.
*EDIT 2* Sorry for raging at you guys, it does seem now that he wants people to come into his server. But still, guys, at least try to help through words while you're waiting for OP to reply. Do you guys have any suggestions or ideas?
*EDIT 3* To OP, I just checked out your server page, and those 2 screenshots you provided are very convincing. It looks like a well-made world. However, looking at your tags, your server is the utter epitome of cliche. You will find quite an audience, but that audience is going to dwindle soon. I suggest you keep your current methods, as they are reliable and can be quite fun, but see if you can perhaps slip in an original minigame or two, or perhaps some sort of new concept or feature. Add a touch of originality to make the server more personal and unique, and that's the stage where it really fires up.
