I'm guessing your doing /gc Which adds up all of the worlds use. Not the amount of plugins. Or that's the amount you have used. /gc is really unusefull. I suggest just looking at the memory bar.

what do you mean "allocates"? care to take a screenshot of the area where it says that? I also use Minespan, but never had a problem like this.

My 4GB minespan server allocates only 459MB of the space available!
