Help Needed for a Server!

Hello I am Jordan. I am 16 and I have been running my server for about 2 years but it got shut down because the server host I used no longer runs minecraft servers as if 9/8/12... I am looking for a new server to take charge in and help players out in and make it the best server possible. I no all the good plugins plus I know how to make custom plugins if you would like them. I no how to edit permissions in game and I am very good at javascript and fixing bugs and errors.
