Help needed with new MC server

Some friend of mine and I are looking to launch a new bukkit server soon. But as we've started building we've realized that between the two of us, its alot of work to finish the spawn, town, etc... Im looking for some experienced minecraft players that would want to come and help us get started.
What we're looking for, is mature minecraft player who have some creative ideas that they could bring to our server.
