Help on server hosting!

So I need to make a minecraft server for attack of the b-team. I expect to have up to 8-10 people on at a time. SO i have two questions. What is the best server hoster for price, support, and ease of use? And how much RAM should I get, i want no random freezing, but i'm fine with a little lag when explosions, ect. are happening. I have used CubedHost in the past and I love their support and how I can simply chose my server to use attack of the b-team without any uploading. But there are lots of other server hosters out there with better prices. Thanks for your help!
