You also needed to of port forwarded, there are loads of youtube videos out there for different routers. It's easy if you follow the steps.

My router is the BT HomeHub 2.0 and it took 10 minutes to port forward, might be easier for some others, but there should be simple tutorials out there!

Also, when i set up my server ages ago i had the same problem, you yourself can connect to the ip given, but others cannot because they are not on the same network as you. =)

Why should I choose you: Owned my own server, but i hated it, i much prefer helping other servers and that's the honest truth, Also co-own on 2 servers, op on loads it's unbelievable and staff generally on most servers i've been on, therefore I know loads of plugins, but i am not great at permissions ;o
