How experienced are you with hub servers?: I used to own one with my friend, but he bailed on me and I couldn't support it without him, so it went down. It used to be Mc-gpu.

Will you be able to donate when we're finished?: Maybe, it depends if my parents are in a good mood or not
Experience with plugins: I can make a simple one but soon I will be able to make more complicated ones and I worked with lots, too many to count. My favorite permission plugin is GroupManager
