Help me with my new server!
So I was thinking about a new plan for my Minecraft future and well, here we go:
Start livestreaming Minecraft []
Start uploading to a Youtube Channel []
Start my own server (For Streams) [YES]
Build a community []
So I actually need some support from this community to even get started, so here is the following which I need from you guys:
Staff members (Willing to give up time to help) []
Any suggestions []
Active players in this community willing to join to play! []

So I was thinking about making a simple bukkit/semi-vanilla server with a small amount of commands dedicated to people who watch my livestream/videos.
I will be making a required field you must be able to get to for a whitelist on my server, yes the server will be whitelisted so random bots, spammers, adverters, idiots, trolls ect don't join.
I need to hire 2 active livestream mods for obvious reasons to help moderate the stream and to PM the ip-adress to players that get to join the server.
I will be making the the required actions to join the whitelist something like:
[1] Donate $2 to the stream
[2] Win the giveaway
[3] Just be active in the community and recieve it.
(Still thinking about whitelisting the server)

I have been every rank from owner to helper / builder. All ranks in between I have been at least 3 times. I have been promoted at least 15 times, never being demoted. I have been playing Minecraft since Beta 1.1 (When Minecraft was released), so me being all of these positions is truly possible.

4) Config. (I can work in console configuring.)
5) Servers. (I can manage servers and stuff.)
6) I can manage plugins.
7) I respect higher & lower ranks. (Owner down to Default.)
8) Enjin Websites. (I can develop enjin websites from scratch, by myself. Here are some I have made:

4) I am a very good builder. (Only in flat worlds, because I lag hard in normal survival worlds.)
5) I am not currently staff on all of those servers, for a lot where in the early updates, so most of them got shut down due to funding.
6) I would also appreciate a higher rank so that I can have more authority over players and they'll listen to me, and also so I can have more commands that my punishments may be better appose to worse punishments due to lack of commands.
