HELP WITH SERVER PLUGINS!!!

Hi guys I'm fairly new to this whole making a server thing but i own an online server and it works fine!! Im making a PvP server (Hunger Games, KitPvP etc.) but i want a hunger games plugin that i can have like lets say 3 lobby's and then everyone has the chance to vote for a map then the winning map gets to be played i really need this and if you want an example The Emerald Isle is a perfect example of what i need on my server

I have EVERYTHING else sorted out like the kitpvp and all the hunger games arenas but I'm struggling with the hunger games I'm currently using a hunger games plugin that is very good just it has NO voting system which is something i really really want.
