Experience: I've been working on 4 servers now
1. I was Co-Owner/Web Developer on the first server. I worked on the website, setting up buycraft and making it look good. As Co-Owner, I had to work on controlling other staff into not doing things they are not suppose to and helping them. I tell them to build thing in spawn to cover up as much space as possible. The staff respect me and I respect them.
2. I was Admin on the second server. I worked on making the server better by trying to get people to join the server, making the server look good and also looking after the players and staff that was lower than me in rank.
3. I was Mod/Admin. I was Mod as first but then I got promoted to Admin, I worked on the same things as other servers but still try to keep it unique.
I was also assigned to be Admin on the server's website and look after everything like Events, Forums and Buycraft.
4. I was Co-Owner. This server was my friend's server so they trusted me and let me be Co-Owner. I worked on looking after staffs that are new. I worked on spawn by making it more stand out by putting details in as the people/staff wasn't doing that good. I helped them and trained them to do a better job.
Note: all these servers gone down because issues like Greifers, Scammers, Money Problems and Minecraft Updates.

* When it comes to being staff on a minecraft server, i am very professional and i try and help everybody i can, a staff's job is to look after the server and help the players out and to also be very professional while doing their job

7. Previous experience?I have lots of staff experience. I have owned my own servers as well as being staff on others as well. I was Head Mod on a prison server called "The Silence Networks", but it had shutdown due to personal problems with the owner. That server was up for a year and had about 30+ players per day playing. I have also been Moderator, Admin and even co owner on some other servers but they were small servers and they had been run by players who didnt have much experience in running minecraft servers. My experience with minecraft servers has gotten better over the years i have played minecraft. i have played lots of servers and i have noticed that each server has its own way of running it. I am the kind of person who wants to help out in any way i can because its just how i am. i don't like griefers/admin abusers and when i see someone doing the wrong thing i ask them not to do it or i will report them to the owners and the forums. if they were to continue breaking the rules/abusing i would contact the owner immediately and let him know the player/s that have been griefing/abusing. im not the kind of person to go around and grief people, this is because i have had my own servers griefed/hacked/destroyed by people i have trusted. this has lead me to have trust issues with people on minecraft due to this problem
