I am 12 years old
I rate myself 8-10 on maturity, but sometimes I feel stoned, derpy and slack.
Why do I think I would be a good staff member?: I think I would be a good staff member, because I can handle people very well, people are always talking to be about how annoying "THIS" person is, and "THAT" person is, but I don't really mind them. I can be on alot too, I am dedicated.
I have a fair bit of experience, I have rented a server before, and it was a public survival server. I was the only staff member that did much. I made most of spawn, set everything up, payed the money for it, managed the plugins. So I have pretty much all the experience to be a server Owner, or Co-Owner. I have recently been a moderator on a server as well, for about 3 months. Then I was de-modded for apparently advertising. And whenever there is a group or something, I usually take lead of it, but sometimes the other people complain. So then I give them the permission to be the group runner, but then it doesn't go too well, there is more fights, unfairness and it is unsorted. I also have experience on Youtube, my channel link is at the bottom of the page, it is growing very quickly, too. I make sure most things are professional, entertaining and keep you hooked. Also, I can make banners for us/you too! So if you need any of that stuff, ask me. I'm buying Photoshop CS6, or elements 11 soon. So that is just the job.
What rank am I looking for: Any rank above moderator/the first staff rank. I think I would be great at being a Co-Owner, or an Owner with you. But Admin is fine.
Donating: I *PROBABLY* can't donate, to help it. Sorry, but I can try, if you accept me. I do have some free money, that I can spend randomly, but It's my Mum. She doesn't like using her credit card on random things, and she wont use PayPal, because she wont set it up. But I'll try anyway.

Hello there. I would like you to be staff on my server. First, you would have to be tested which is pretty easy if your smart and if you pass you're immediatley put in staff. Hope this helps! Thanks in advance!
