My name is Joshua (IGN: JJEK2323)
I am looking for a server that needs someone who cares and is willing to help the server go and be the best!
Age - 17
Knowledge of MineCraft - I think that my knowledge of Minecraft is pretty advanced. I'd say I'm better than the average 10 year old that plays all day
Position I would apply for - I'd like to apply for Admin or Head Admin, I would be honored for even a higher position if you are looking for a Co-Owner.
Why should you choose me? - I feel like I could bring a positive environment to the server bring more of a community where everybody knows each other but also that everyone knows me especially if I'm a staff so they know they can talk me if something is going on, tell me about something. I Also feel like I can make some kind of bond with the other staff members so we all talk to each other. So we can all Be just did one big community and trying to make the server bigger and better
Experience in this position - I've been above and beyond this position that's why I would really like Head Admin not just the reg Admin. I have Co-Owned A couple servers but unfortunately the owners who are paying for the servers could not keep up payments. I have also moderated a couple servers been maybe two. I'm Moderated each server for about a year or so him and I really enjoy it, and fortunately I had to stop moderating the time I was moderating 2 at a time btw sorry and I had to stop because of some family emergencies. I am also not the best builder but I didn't build a couple servers where I was and I can make sure everybody was nice I am also not the best builder but I didn't build a couple servers where I was and I can make sure everybody was nice doing what they were supposed to be doing.
How many server's you've been elected staff on - I'd say about 4-5, not really sure the exact number.
Reputation with previous server's - I love being a part of the whole server, in the game and behind the scenes. I also fell that I bring a great personality to the team and the server. Almost ever server I play on people know who I am and I don't mean that in a cocky way I mean that I just love making friends with people.
Availability Daily - At least 5 hours a day
Time Zone - MST
I think you should know I'm hard worker and just want to be part of a hard-working team. That's just me in general life too, when it comes to Minecraft I want to server to be the best it can be. I want to be part of one of the best servers in the world if we can make it that big. So I could hope you can take my application into consideration and we can be a team.

The problem with the app is the fact certain areas are simply vague and don't tell anyone that's reading anything useful.
"Knowledge of MineCraft " - saying that your knowledge is "pretty advanced" doesn't do anything without context of what you know. Redstoning? Basic game mechanics? Server plugins (which ones)?
"Why should you choose me?" - again, your answer provides little in the way of what you can actually bring. It's all well and good that you can bring a " positive environment", but how? What do you actually intend to do to get any of your claims done?
"Experience in this position" - I can say I've owned x amount of servers, been staff y times and in ranks a, b and c, but that doesn't really say anything - what kind of servers were they? You could very well be an experienced admin on servers that never surpassed 10 players or 1 month of uptime.
"How many server's you've been elected staff on" - wait, elected? A little more about that would be interesting. As it stands, being staff on 4-5 servers doesn't matter if you've been staff on 4-5 dead servers. If you can provide something that shows you were staff on a solid server; that's something. As it stands ,there's nothing to back up your claim of being an experienced admin, and experienced admin is a term that can be broadly interpreted. I consider myself an experienced admin, but someone else may well not. I haven't been admin on Mineplex, certainly, so where's your bar for experience?

That's just tooting your own horn and doesn't bring anyone else's opinions into the mix - that said, even if you did answer it correctly, it would take evidence for it to be a reliable question as it's about as easily faked a question as experience.
If you're an experienced admin, pitch your experience part. Tell/show what you can do and how you do things. All the app says, in a nutshell, is that you've been staff on some servers and are a great guy. For a decent server with a dedicated owner, that's not enough - and it's certainly not enough to expect something as lofty as Head-Admin or Co-Owner.
