Hiring Builders

I need builders to build a spawn for me, I was thinking a 160x160 Fiery demonic like spawn. The server is going to be a Role Playing server. Also I'm going to need small side areas such as race and side selectors (I can set up fast) and a first time spawn where they join in a somewhat small box where they chose their side for ranking Good or Evil.
