Hi dudes, my name is Timothy and I own a little server that isn't released yet. I need builders to make a hub for it. The hub needs to have the following:

- stands for NPCs
- Staff area
- Rules area
- Parkour area

PLEASE, if you can help, I would be greatly appreciative. I have no money, but hopefully after I get this server up and raise some donations, I can pay you guys.
