Hiring A Developer!

Hello!
I am xTwistedMelonx and I have recently started a Network, called The Quantex. At the moment it's a dispersed network, were the servers are unlinked by BungeeCord.
I am looking to hire a developer! It would be great to have you for free, but I am willing to offer a maximum of 10% of any donation incoming.
You would need to be create plugins, in the time limit of (on average) 3 days, on request. This means that we can pushy quickly through development stages.
Another thing I would ask is that if you are an also highly skilled Graphic Designer, please contact my Skype at xTwistedMelonx, as well as any developers that think they have what it takes!
