Hiring Developers
Hello, I am looking for skilled, dedicated Developers. If you are interested, please continue reading. Here are the list of requirements:
#1Q: Age, you can be any age, it dosent matter. If you are skilled, in the end, that's all that matters, right? We just want to know how old you are to see who we're working with.
#2Q: How skilled are you from 1-10? On plugin(s) such as: Java Script, or Bukkit/Spigot?
#3Q: How skilled are you from 1-10 on Custom-Plugin(s) such as Java Script, or Bukkit/Spigot?
Those are pretty much all the requirements for our standards. Now let's awnser a few questions you may have in mind.
#1A: How will we contact eachother? Okay, here's what we'll use to contact eachother: ooVoo. Why though? Why not Skype? Here's my awnser: Skype is just not safe. So many things can go wrong. That being said, we'll use via Skype evantually, but in till we grow our trust between you and me, we'll stick to ooVoo just for the sake of safety.
#2A: Will you get payed? Well of course, you have to be payed! Developing isn't easy, so we'll definitely pay you or it'd be unfair.
#3A: So, how will it work? We'll, here's how I intend it to be. You, the Developer, make Plugin(s) and I pay for each Plugin you make, for example: I request you to make me a Plugin, afterwards, you tell me the balance I must pay for this Plugin, and then, once that's all figured out, we'll go on from there.
That's about it, we need Developers as soon as possible. I'll make sure to check on this quiet often and respond as quickly as possible! Thank you for reading through!
