Hello, we are looking for skilled Developers to code for my Minecraft Server. If you're interested, please continue reading and I'll explain our requirements and awnser some questions you may be wondering. I'll start off with requirements. "R" will stand for requirements and "Q" will stand for questions you may be wondering.
R1: From a scale of 1-10, how skilled are you in coding with Java, Bukkit & Spigot?
R1: Again, from a scale of 1-10, how skilled are you in coding Custom-Plugins? (Java, Bukkit & Spigot).
R2: How old are you? For us, it dosen't really matter what age you're except you to be an experinced coder, but our minimuim age is 10. As long as you're skilled, that's all what we're really looking for.
Now that we've gone through our short list of requirements, let's talk about the questions you may be wondering.
Q1: What platform of communication will you and I be using? ooVoo, and let me explain myself. We'll talk through Skype evantually, but in till our trust grows between you and me, we'll use ooVoo just for the sake of safety. I know, it's a bit inconvient, but in the long run, once we gain trust between eachother, we'll use a better communication platform such as via Skype. Setting up an ooVoo shouldn't be a struggle at all.
Q2: How will payment work? Payment will work like this, and I hope you agre too: For each Plugin you make, you give me the cost of the Plugin and I'll pay for each Plugin you make. So, let's say I am requesting you to make this certain Plugin, you'll estimate the time, difficulty etc. and give me the price of how much the Plugin will cost.
Q3: What is your ooVoo? My ooVoo's CaptainOblivion, you can tell me yours so we can get in touch, or just send me a request.

i am not good at aplications but im an awesome developer and have a small server myself that is brilliant i can install plugins and have big experience with everything just ask me!

My answers are 9, 9, and 16. I have made big custom plugins for servers over $125+. But if I can't use skype, then I won't be able to do it.
EDIT: By big custom plugins I mean the kind that run an entire server, from parties, to duels, to matchmaking, to currency, to arena managing, to player settings, to stats, and every single thing on the server.
