Builders: We are looking for high quality builders, you must have proof of your building such as screenshots, or post's of your builds, or server's you have built for.
Pay: We are paying based on the "Quality" of your work, for builders its how elaborate your builders are, and the size and the amount of hours put into it. For the developers its the amount of hours worked on, and the skill required to make the designated plugin. We also could pay a lump sum, or a general monthly pay and maybe even the percentage of the donations.[/color][/size]
