HIRING DEVELOPERS ~ CUSTOM SERVER
Hello, I am TheAquarius, the owner of Spectrus.
Spectrus is a gaming community with a domain name, website and both minecraft and ARK survival evolved game servers.
I am currently working on creating a sort of Guns PvP and roleplay server for the minecraft, although I am getting on well with this, it would be great to have a few developers to help me out with configuring plugins and more!

Just wanted to make it clear to everyone that I don't really need custom plugins until I get more players, right now I just want to configure open source plugins so they look a bit more custom to my server.
Right now I would just like developers for configuring plugins and possibly a texture pack.
Oh, I could do that. What plugins? I could do it free of charge just add me on my skype which is my pmc name. I do not have a Mic and i prefer PEX.

Personally, I think I'm a great developer, I can code C#, C++, Java, etc..
I can make custom plugins in about half a month, whereas other devs would probably take a month or two. My max amount of time to code a plugin is about 2 months, but thats only for EXTREMELY customized programs. Programs with over 100 commands, like essentials. Im 17. I have been developing for 11 years now. I started out with Batch.

I am also very smart. My IQ is 167, which is borderline genius. I can solve the Rubiks Cube (which doesn't really relate to the topic at hand, but still). You may be asking yourself, what is a borderline genius doing on PMC? Well, this is an easy way for me to make money. Surveys take too long. I get very impatient with people, which is one of my very few flaws. I can build decently. My behavior is comme il faut. I probably wont get into major arguments or fights unless it relates to religion, race, sex, etc.
I can speak small amounts of spanish and german which is why I'm good with players as well. I can master plugins within a week or less. I have mastered most if not all permissions plugins.
Summary
I am a good dev because of my decorous attitude and extremely speedy development speed. I am also good with foreigners and regular players. I can handle situations like DDOS and DOS attacks fairly easy. My pay requirements are extremely low for development standards.
The name on my paypal is generated by a program I made for security reasons.

Sorry, but I will not like to sign a contract with someone I do not trust.
I've been programming for 7 years and I'm 17. I know more programming languages than you... I wonder why? Also saying that you started coding at age 6 is not believable whatsoever.
Learning how to code batch at 6 years old is believable. But I think the owner of the server will want to send maybe a couple of dollars first and when you prove yourself he/she will send the rest of the payment. But I could program plugins for your server but I am busy at the moment with other projects.
