Hiring Developers for NormalCraft

So several months ago, I posted about build team and blablabla. My pc got restored to factory defaults and I lost my builds. I said to myself : "Let's start coding Bukkit plugins."
I got into Bukkit then into Java better and I came on a server called NormalCraft. It's pretty cool. And an owner was on and I asked him if his needs devs. He said yes. Now I am a plugin developer there, but I have projects that the owner wants to finish by myself for 7 days, like to make a Survival games for 7 days. Can somebody come on the server and help me out. Everybody which will make a plugin will be rewarded with Pl.Dev rank which has perms to:
-ban, banip,unban,unbanip,tempban
-gamemodes
-kick and mute
